Open Enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2021 benefit plan offerings, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. You can also view your 2021 Supplement Guide for more information on discounts, filing claims, mobile apps, and more! Once open enrollment has closed, you will not have the opportunity to make changes to your elections until the next open enrollment, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.

Once you have reviewed your 2021 benefit information and are ready to submit your 2021 elections, please visit Garber Connection. Your elections must be submitted no later than Friday November 13th.

1. Enter your User ID: First Initial + Last Name + Birth Month + Birth Day (e.g.John Smith, July 30 = JSmith0730)
2. Enter your Password: Last 4 of your SSN
3. Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
4. Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement.
